 After many enjoyable years of baking custom designed cakes for local institutions, community events, friends and neighbors, Natalie Johnson decided to bring her passion to the forefront with the launch of her company, A World of Cakes, LLC, bakers of custom designed cakes for every special occasion. Natalie has spent years perfecting her baking and decorating techniques by studying at the renowned New York Cake & Baking Center, The Institute for Culinary Education in Manhattan and trained with such notable sugar artists as Ron Ben-Israel, Colette Peters, Nicholas Lodge, Adeline Wiggan, Toba Garrett and Eleanor Rielander. She, herself, is an award-winning sugar artist (see Press & Events page) and takes pride and joy in her obsession with baking gorgeous and delicious custom cakes.
Prior to starting A World of Cakes, LLC, Natalie was a Wall Street banker. She brings her business expertise and her love of baking and art to bring clients a whole new world of delicious flavors, ingredients and stunning designs, with her custom baked special occasion cakes.

A World of Cakes, LLC focuses on custom cakes for every special occasion. Natalie’s approach is high-service with one-on-one consultations in order to match colors, themes, and designs. Bring any specific element from your event or just a general idea of what you want, and she’ll work closely with you to interpret your desires to create a cake that will taste delicious and look spectacular! With each individually designed cake, the icing colors are custom blended to coordinate with the customer’s motif; and if sugar flowers are used, their realistic look is breathtaking. Fresh ingredients, real butter and natural flavors are used to delight the palate. Cakes are priced according to the design, cake flavor/filling and number of servings. Delivery charges apply.
